After a successful career at Hays plc, Richard launched JWS Resources in 2003, establishing a strong reputation in Financial Services recruitment. He co-founded Anthony James Consulting (AJC) in 2013, now a key IT consultancy serving clients like Santander and HSBC.

In 2019, Richard and his wife Claire founded AJ Catering Staff Ltd (now AJ Group Services) to reshape hospitality recruitment in Higher Education. Their work with Imperial College led to significant savings and operational improvements, expanding into Construction and FM.

In 2023, he launched Taste Catering Ltd, operating the first Kokoro franchise on campus — now one of the college’s top food outlets. Later that year, he co-founded J Frost Civils Ltd, a growing civil engineering firm supporting utilities and Tier 1 contractors.

These ventures reflect a blend of innovation, risk-taking, and the steadfast support of his wife, Claire.

With over 25 years of global experience across Retail, Business & Industry, Hospitality, and Facilities Management, Allan Mungroo is a seasoned leader in operational excellence. As Client Relations & Operations Director at Taste Catering, he brings strategic vision and hands-on expertise, having led high-profile projects across the Far and Middle East, North Africa, and India.

Renowned for his leadership, Allan empowers teams to drive performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. His commercial and financial acumen ensures operational efficiency, while his expertise in strategic planning, multi-site management, and stakeholder engagement drives sustainable growth.

With senior roles at Compass Group, TotalEnergies, Cevital Group, and ISS Facility Services, Allan has successfully managed complex PFI and SPV contracts, always prioritizing first-class customer service. Fluent in English, French, and Hindi, he seamlessly navigates international markets, delivering tailored solutions that elevate Taste Catering’s success.

With over 17 years of expertise in Japanese cuisine, specialising in Omakase sushi, Mircea has honed his culinary and leadership skills across Switzerland and Cyprus. He seamlessly blends tradition with innovation, creating exceptional dining experiences. A dynamic leader, Mircea fosters high-performing teams through mentorship, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Originally from Nepal, Chintan Ghale brings over 6 years of diverse hospitality experience gained in New Zealand and the UK. With a Diploma in Hospitality, he has worked in a variety of roles across cafes, bars, and fine dining establishments, developing expertise in team management, operations, and exceptional customer service.

After moving to the UK in 2022, Chintan worked as a Supervisor at The Foundry Bar and Grill at Imperial College before joining Taste Catering as Front of House Manager. Since joining, he has played a key role in the company’s growth and takes pride in fostering a high-performing team.
